With expertise that includes culture optimization, coaching, team building, and strategic planning facilitation, she also consults with businesses on techniques to help them start, grow, and manage their business to achieve peak performance. She has worked in a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, electronics, financial services, government, education, petroleum, communications, and manufacturing. Her clients include Transamerica, Mobil, Chevron, Clarke University, Anderson Area Hospital, Electronics for Imaging, and the American Management Association.
Vivette is also an acclaimed author. Her titles include First-Level Leadership: Supervising in the New Workplace, (a top-ten best-seller in the self-study market), The Team Building Workbook, Planning and Managing Change, and Coaching for High Performance. She has also served as an advisory editor for the American Management Association, and developed the AMA’s seminar, “Planning and Managing Organizational Change.”
Among the awards Vivette has received are the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce’s “Business Woman of the Year” and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s “Outstanding Business Award.” Vivette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development the University of San Francisco.
