Jamie Frame, MA
Prior to joining The Human Capital Group, Jamie Frame’s focus was leading and mentoring junior high, high school and college students as they were seeking and growing in their faith and knowledge of Christ. She had the privilege of serving these students and student leaders through seven summers with Centrifuge Christian Camps. Jamie also served as an Admissions Counselor for Central Baptist College (CBC) in Conway, Arkansas. There she had the honor of representing CBC both on- and off-campus to prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors and other individuals and organizations involved in the college selection process.
Those experiences gave Jamie a love and passion to walk alongside people in their journey as they navigate through life-altering decisions — traits that made her transition to The Human Capital Group easy and rewarding.
Jamie joined The Human Capital Group in 2008, progressing in responsibilities from Research & Recruiting Associate to her current role. She has the privilege of shepherding a committed research and recruiting team as they focus on finding and engaging leaders who will strengthen and deliver lasting results to client organizations. She executes a two-fold strategy of guiding the efforts of the team to discover top-tier candidates while assisting those candidates in discerning and pursuing new opportunities.
Jamie holds both an MA in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS from Baylor University. Jamie, her husband Eric and two daughters live in Franklin, TN
