Ginger Duncan specializes in the development of leaders and teams to create competitive advantage and deliver sustainable business results for her clients. With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation and training, plus 11 years leading the talent development function in a corporate setting, Ginger has extensive experience partnering throughout organizations to guide strategic business alignment. Her leadership consulting engagements have included partnerships with ExxonMobil, Anderson Healthcare, California Paper Company, Portola Packaging, Transamerica, Ingram Industries, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Retrieving Independence, Healing Hands International and the Hopkinsville, KY Board of Education.
As an Executive Coach with The Human Capital Group, Ginger serves organizations as they Find, Strengthen and Grow their leadership talent and the teams that support them. She has a focused approach on the healthy integration of leaders and the development of high-performing teams to contribute to the overall health and success of client organizations.
Ginger’s values-based approach to coaching equips her with sound, practical and timely expertise rooted in the servant-leadership model. Ginger received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts Boston and two graduate degrees from Murray State University in Kentucky. She also has a certified Master Coach certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute.
Ginger is an active member of Impact Nashville, a women’s nonprofit giving circle that empowers women to collectively invest in and develop nonprofits that serve the community so that together we can create a greater Nashville.
