With over 20 years of diverse HR experience, including 12 years in a senior leadership role in a corporate setting, she serves as a trusted and collaborative partner in the alignment of human capital strategy with organizational goals.
She is known as an exceptional motivator and team leader, who strengthens productivity and processes with an array of best-in-class HR practices. She is an adept manager of cultural and organizational diversity and works well with others to assimilate into a new role with minimal disruption to the productivity of the team while quickly taking the team to a new level.

Cheri received her undergraduate degree from Belmont University and her Master of Business of Administration from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University. She is a national and local professional member of the Society for HR Management and is a DDI certified facilitator. Cheri is an active member of Impact Nashville, a non-profit women’s giving circle that empowers women to collectively invest in and develop non-profits that serve the community so that together we can create a greater Nashville.
