Manager of Recruiting

Before joining The Human Capital Group in 2013, Catherine Herro worked as a Production Coordinator for High Five Entertainment. During her tenure in television production, she was responsible for office communications, music licensing, production contracts, client presentation, securing vendors, budgeting, payroll, and managing office work flow. She also served in several crucial roles on set, ensuring that all facets of the production were running smoothly and on schedule.

Catherine used her foundational skills in production to transition into The Human Capital Group. After joining our firm as a Research and Operation Associate, she later became a Research and Recruiting Associate, and is now a Recruiter. It is important to Catherine to connect with people while they decide whether a career change is the right move for them. Committed to interacting with candidates with respect and transparent communication throughout the recruiting process, Catherine strives to operate with integrity, adhering to the process for our 20-business day timeline guarantee.

As Manager of Recruiting, Catherine seeks to research, contact and interview the top candidates for the specific leadership roles the clients need. She feels fulfilled in working closely with her co-workers on the recruiting team and matching candidates and clients. She also enjoys working on several different projects throughout the year that benefit the business in other ways. Catherine enjoys planning the quarterly team meetings, assisting with the annual Thanksgiving Basket Campaign, and adding value by encouraging teambuilding activities and increasing office morale.

Catherine received her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. She, her husband Joey and daughter Ruby live in Spring Hill, TN.
