Prior to joining The Human Capital Group, Brooke Ramsey worked in marketing and advertising for six years where she developed and implemented marketing strategies to help companies reach and engage their target audiences. Her projects included brand development, digital media planning, public relations, brand partnerships and affiliate marketing. In these roles, Brooke helped clients create clear and authentic marketing pieces to reach consumers. One of her favorite roles was researching and developing the customer journey to understand why and when consumers make the decisions they do. This in turn allowed her to help clients meet consumer expectations and develop business goals with new and creative solutions to meet their audiences’ desires and needs.
These roles also gave Brooke experience building relationships and juggling multiple projects and changing needs. With a love for communication and people, Brooke was eager to make the transition to executive search recruiting. She is passionate about understanding the clients needs and translating these needs to the search process, finding the best-fit candidates for each role.
Brooke received her bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University. Outside of work, she enjoys fly fishing, hiking, coffee shops and traveling with friends.
